Fair taxes, because where necessary, taxes should help improve our environment or make life in Britain more fair, not less. And finally, Trust, because it is time to restore trust in government. Our manifesto is fully costed so we can tell you what you'll get and how we'll pay for it.

The government's Planning White Paper is expected to be published this week. It is also expected to scrap the 'supermarket needs test' and stop local authorities considering whether a new supermarket is needed when deciding on planning applications.

SERVICES FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED SHOULD BE REINSTATED

Leslie Coman, Liberal Democrats activist, has received further information from Christchurch Borough Council, that the concessionary bus scheme benefits for those with visual impairment is the same as that provided to residents over 60 years of age.
